Management Consulting is our advisory and/or implementation services to the management of organizations with the aim of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of their business strategy, organizational performance and operational processes. The consultant operates primarily through the analysis of existing organizational problems and the development of plans for improvement. Organizations may draw upon the services of management consultants for a number of reasons, including gaining external (and presumably objective) advice and access to the consultants' specialized expertise.

Joko Prabowo Consulting will provide alignment for each managerial members to go through a process of identifying, defining and refining certain critical points and issues within the organization’s management. Each session will have a topic to be brought forward where managerial members will meet to generate new ideas and solutions around this specific domain of interest by identifying critical points in the process. The consultant will then design project management plan and justified approach for each issues.
